AUSTIN, TX – Two people were injured, one seriously, in a Sunday afternoon collision along a major roadway in northeast Austin.
According to KVUE, the incident happened around 4:35 p.m. on West Parmer Lane just east of I-35 and north of West Canyon Ridge Road.
Police haven’t shared any details about what happened, but they say the accident involved nine people. It’s not yet clear how many cars were involved.
One person went to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with serious injuries, and another person went to the same hospital with non-critical injuries.
Officials asked motorists to avoid this part of Parmer Lane while crews worked to clear the scene.
