AUSTIN, TX – Two adults and one child were seriously hurt, and at least five others injured Sunday in a major crash in southeast Austin, reports KXAN.
The accident occurred just before 9 p.m. in the area of TX-183 and FM 1327, which is just east of Creedmoor.
Police haven’t yet shared any details regarding the cause of the crash or the number of vehicles involved. They say that that at least one person became entrapped and required extrication.
Medics transported at least five people to area hospitals with non-critical injuries.
One adult went to Dell Seton via air ambulance for life-threatening injuries, and another went to a hospital in Hays County with critical injuries. Medics transported a child to Dell Children’s Hospital on a trauma alert.
