AUSTIN, TX – Injuries have been reported in connection to a three-vehicle crash involving a CapMetro van Wednesday morning in south Austin, reports KVUE.
The accident happened shortly before 10:30 a.m. in the area of South First Street and West William Cannon Drive, which is near Bedichek Middle School.
Police say that a westbound passenger vehicle ran a red light and struck the side of a CapMetro van carrying two people. One other vehicle was also involved.
Medics transported three people to an area hospital. One of them sustained serious injuries. A fourth person did not require hospitalization.
