KYLE, TX – Drivers experienced delays along the interstate in Kyle Tuesday evening while crews responded to a collision, reports KXAN.

The accident happened sometime before 7 p.m. on the northbound side of I-35 near H-E-B plus! and the Kyle Crossing shopping center.

Police haven’t yet disclosed the cause of the wreck, the number of vehicles involved, or the manner in which the vehicles impacted.

Officials closed the northbound lanes of traffic while emergency teams worked at the scene.

It’s unclear if anyone sustained injuries or required hospitalization.
