Attorney Benavides – Funk and Associates

Attorney Benavides was born and raised in Laredo, TX. He later moved to San Antonio to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio. After his undergraduate studies, Attorney Benavides was accepted to the prestigious University of Massachusetts School of Law, where he completed his legal education.

After Law School, Attorney Benavides moved to New York and helped his clients achieve the justice and respect that they were rightfully entitled to.

During his time in the Northeast, Attorney Benavides realized that although New York is an interesting place to live, there is NO place like Texas. He simply missed his family, friends, and great state too much.

He has now returned to Texas to continue to help the people of Texas achieve the justice they deserve. Attorney Benavides is well experienced in legal research, court procedures, and is fluent in Spanish.
