AUSTIN, TX – One person suffered injuries after a scooter crash on Saturday night. According to the Austin-American Statesman, Austin-Travis County EMS, Austin Fire and Rescue, and Austin Police responded to the accident at around 9:48 p.m. The crash occurred on South Lamar Boulevard near Barton Springs Road. At this time, police have not released any further details on what caused the accident.

EMS declared the scooter rider a trauma alert and transported them to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of potentially serious injuries.
