AUSTIN, TX – According to KXAN, a woman has been charged for her role in a fatal pedestrian crash on FM 812.
The accident took place on Tuesday at around 7:45 p.m. when a car struck and killed a pedestrian. 63-year-old Francisco Aviles was driving a Toyota Tacoma when the vehicle struck 41-year-old Stephanie Lunt.
Police say Aviles failed to stop and render aid following the crash. Aviles has been charged with failure to stop and render aid causing death.
