AUSTIN, TX – One person died and three children were hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash in South Austin Monday evening, reports KXAN.
A driver crashed into a pole on the 6700 block of South I-35 Frontage Road near William Cannon Drive. The impact caused the vehicle to catch fire.
First responders arrived to find one adult victim deceased. A teenager and two other children were taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
