AUSTIN, TX – Nine people were sent to the hospital with injuries after a car crashed into a group of pedestrians at a food truck in Austin on Friday.
According to ABC News, two vehicles were involved in a T-Bone collision near 1800 Barton Springs Road in South Austin. One of the vehicles was pushed into a food truck and hit several people.
Six victims were taken to South Austin Medical Center with one of them in critical condition. The other five suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Three others were taken to Dell Seton Medical Center. One of the victims suffered critical injuries.
The drivers involved remained on the scene to cooperate with authorities. the crash remains under investigation.
