LEANDER, TX – Three people, including one student, went to the hospital on Tuesday after a collision involving a school bus on the Leander toll road, reports KXAN.
Police say the incident happened around 11 a.m. at the intersection of the 183A toll road and San Gabriel Parkway.
Authorities have not commented on how the crash happened but say it involved a school bus for the Leander Independent School District and a FedEx delivery vehicle. Three people were on the bus at the time of the collision, including the driver, a student, and a bus monitor.
It is unclear at this time if any of the injuries were severe. Officials also have not indicated whether or not the FedEx driver sustained injuries in the accident.
A full investigation is underway.
