AUSTIN, TX – EMS crews pronounced one person deceased at the scene of a crash involving one vehicle on Sunday in South Austin, reports KXAN.
The incident happened around 1:54 a.m. in the 8800 block of South Congress Avenue, which is just north of Slaughter Lane.
Authorities say that a vehicle collided with a tree along the roadway. Emergency crews performed CPR, but the patient died at the scene of the wreck.
Police have not yet shared any other details about how the crash happened. No other injuries have been reported.
