MANCHACA, TX – A rollover collision at a busy intersection in Manchaca resulted in the death of one person late Monday afternoon, reports KXAN.

The incident happened just before 5 p.m. in the area of Bliss Spillar Road and FM 1626, which is just north of the Manchaca Optimist Youth Sports Complex.

Police have not yet disclosed the circumstances of the accident except to say that it involved an overturned vehicle.

One person died despite attempts at resuscitation. Authorities have not yet released their identity to the public.
