AUSTIN, TX – Two people died, and another person sustained serious injuries when two vehicles collided last Friday in west-central Austin.
According to KXAN, the incident happened around 9:23 p.m. in the area of 7000 Bee Caves Road, which is between Canon Wren Drive and Kings Row.
Police have not shared any details about the accident except to say that two people died at the scene and that another person went to the hospital with critical injuries.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims.
Photos taken at the scene depict a red sedan and a silver or white sedan, both with extensive damage.
A full investigation is underway.
