Dear Mr. Funk,
It’s very difficult to express the gratitude that I fell in words. But I’ll give it a good ol’ college try… I come to you feeling completely disappointed frustrated with little hope and any little knowledge of my rights. You made everything clear and after speaking with you I felt empowered. Thank you for everything you have done to solve this matter for me. Andie is a jewel and I know you are proud to have her on your staff. She too, made me feel good when I was at my worse. You and your staff are terrific.
