AUSTIN, TX – A vehicle and a bicycle were involved in a fatal collision in Austin on Saturday morning, Austin-Travis County EMS reported.

Emergency crews responded to the scene in the 1300 block of S. Capital of Texas Highway northbound after the incident was reported at about 8:15 a.m.

Medics pronounced one person dead at the scene, though the victim’s identity was not released. No details were released on what led to the crash.
