AUSTIN, TX – One person sustained injuries Wednesday in a two-vehicle collision in northwest Austin, reports yahoo!news.

The accident happened before 9 a.m. near the intersection of FM 620 and FM 2222 in the Four Points area, just east of the Colorado River.

Police haven’t yet commented on the cause of the wreck. They say that one of the two vehicles overturned, entrapping an occupant.

Crews worked to extricate the victim, who was then transported to an area hospital with significant injuries. They are expected to recover.
