AUSTIN, TX – One person went to the hospital Wednesday morning after a North Austin collision involving a passenger vehicle and an ambulance, reports KXAN.

The incident happened just before 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Burnet Road and Shoreline Drive, which is just west of the Wells Branch Soccer Club.

The investigation indicates that a car carrying three people collided with an ambulance in the intersection.

One person from the vehicle sustained non-critical injuries.

The medics in the ambulance were unhurt in the collision.
