AUSTIN, TX – Medics transported one person to the hospital early Tuesday morning after a two-vehicle crash in south-central Austin, reports ATCEMS.

The incident happened at 1:38 a.m. in the area of 3204 Menchaca Road, which is just east of South Lamar Boulevard and the Barton Creek Greenbelt 360 Trail.
Police have not yet shared many details about the accident. They say that one person became entrapped in their vehicle after two cars collided. Medics extricated the patient and took them to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with severe injuries.
No other injuries have been reported in connection with the incident.
