LEANDER, TX – Authorities are reporting critical injuries in connection to a multi-vehicle collision that happened in Leander Friday morning.
According to CBS Austin, emergency teams reported to the southbound frontage road of 183A at RM 2243 around 9 a.m. to assist with a major accident.
Police haven’t shared any details about the wreck except to say that it involved six vehicles. There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the crash or the manner in which the vehicles impacted.
Medics transported a female victim to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. It’s unclear if anyone else was hurt in the accident.
