AUSTIN, TX – One person went to the hospital Saturday after a pin-in collision along the highway in south Austin, reports ATCEMS.

The incident happened at 10:41 p.m. at the intersection of East Ben White Boulevard and Woodward Street, which is just southwest of Mabel Davis District Park.
Police haven’t yet shared the number of vehicles involved in the crash, but they say one person became pinned in their vehicle and required extrication.
Medics transported the victim to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with non-critical injuries.
Authorities asked drivers to avoid the area of the crash during clean up and a preliminary investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
