SPICEWOOD, TX – One person sustained injuries Friday night after a single-vehicle crash along a Spicewood roadway, reports ATCEMS.

The incident occurred around 8:40 p.m. in the area of 21500 Thurman Bend Road, which is northeast of Bee Creek Road and near Windy Walk Estates.
Police haven’t yet disclosed details regarding the cause of the accident, but they say a vehicle left the roadway and overturned. An occupant from the vehicle required extrication after becoming pinned. Medics transported the patient via air ambulance to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical injuries.
Officials urged drivers to avoid Thurman Bend Road while emergency teams worked to rescue the victim and clear the scene.
