DEL VALLE, TX – A major accident on the southeast side of Del Valle claimed the life of one person and injured two others on Wednesday.

According to CBS Austin, the crash occurred around 1 a.m. on Pearce Lane between Ross Road and Kellam Road. This is southeast of the airport and north of the Circuit of the Americas.

Police haven’t shared many details regarding the collision, and it’s unclear how many vehicles may have been involved.

One person died at the scene after medics administered CPR. Authorities have not publicly named the victim.

Two additional patients went to an area hospital with serious injuries. They are expected to recover.
