AUSTIN, TX – Emergency crews were unable to revive the victim of a single-vehicle collision along the interstate in north-central Austin Tuesday night, reports CBS Austin.
The crash happened around 10:45 p.m. on the ramp from I-35 northbound to U.S. 290 eastbound, which is just north of the Mueller area.
It’s still unclear what caused the accident, but police say the victim became pinned in their vehicle. Medics attempted to resuscitate the patient after extrication, but they died before transport to the hospital.
