AUSTIN, TX – Officials reported a single-vehicle injury crash early Sunday morning on the far northwest side of Austin.
According to CBS Austin, the accident happened at 2:34 a.m. along Corbe Drive near the intersection with Boulder Lane. This is in the Canyon Creek West area.
Police say that for unknown reasons, a driver lost control of their vehicle, left the roadway, and hit a tree. One person became pinned in the vehicle and required extrication.
Medics transported that person to an area hospital with serious injuries.
There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the wreck or the number of people in the vehicle.
