WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — An 18-wheeler overturned Thursday morning in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 southbound in Round Rock, according to CBS Austin.
The accident took place on the southbound lanes of I-35 just past RM 1431 and University Boulevard at approximately 8:00 a.m.
Few details have been reported on the circumstances around the collision, but authorities said a total of three vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported.
Southbound traffic was diverted through the frontage road as police investigated.
By 9:35 a.m., all southbound lanes remained blocked between Westinghouse Road and Old Settlers Boulevard. The smaller vehicles had already been transported from the scene, but tow trucks were still working to remove the semi-truck.
