AUSTIN, TX – Two people were injured after a crash involving multiple vehicles in north Austin Friday evening reports KXAN. 

The crash happened on the I-35 service road near Palmer Lane just after 6 p.m. Emergency crews found one person pinned in their vehicle and had to extricate them.

They were transported to an area hospital with potentially serious injuries.

One other person was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities are investigating the incident at this time.
