AUSTIN, TX – Two people went to the hospital Monday after a single-vehicle collision in West Lake Hills, reports ATCEMS.

The incident happened at 3:57 p.m. near the intersection of Westlake Drive and Terrace Mountain Drive, which is just west of the Colorado River.
It’s unclear what caused the vehicle to overturn. Police say that one person became pinned and required extrication.
Medics transported two people to the hospital, one with critical injuries.
Officials asked drivers to avoid the area while crews worked to rescue the victims and clear the wreckage.
