AUSTIN, TX – Two people went to the hospital late Tuesday morning after a major accident in northeast Austin, reports ATCEMS.

The incident happened around 11:25 a.m. on the eastbound side of East Anderson Lane near Cameron Road, which is just north of Nelson Field and the St. Johns area.
It’s not yet clear what caused the two vehicles to collide. Police say both victims went to Dell Seton on trauma alerts.
Officials asked drivers to expect delays and to seek alternate routes if at all possible.
