CEDAR PARK, TX – Officials are reporting a fatality in connection to a motorcycle accident that happened Saturday in Cedar Park.

According to CBS Austin, the wreck occurred around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Whitestone and Lakeline Boulevards. This is just south of William T. Laws Jr. Park.

Police haven’t commented on the cause of the collision, which they say involved a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle.

The motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries. Their identity has not yet been released to the public. 

No other injuries have been cited in connection to the crash.

Officials urged motorists to avoid the area of Whitestone and Lakeline while emergency crews worked at the scene.
