AUSTIN, TX – One adult and one child were hospitalized Tuesday night after a two-vehicle crash at a busy intersection in the Colony Park area, reports ATCEMS.

The incident happened at 8:58 p.m. at the intersection of Loyola Lane and Johnny Morris Road, which is just west of Barbara Jordan Elementary School and northeast of Little Walnut Creek Greenbelt.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation. Police say that a child and an adult were taken to Dell Children’s Medical Center on a trauma alert. Two other people refused medical transport.
