AUSTIN, TX – Medics transported two people to the hospital after a car accident at a busy intersection in south Austin early Friday morning, reports ATCEMS.

The incident happened at 2:29 a.m. at the intersection of West Ben White Boulevard and South 1st Street, which is just northeast of St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.

Officials have not shared many details about the accident. They say that one of two vehicles overturned as a result of the collision and that two people sustained potentially serious injuries.
