AUSTIN, TX – Emergency crews transported three people to an area hospital after a crash in southwest Austin on Saturday afternoon, reports CBS Austin.
Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the scene in the 10400 block of south MoPac Expressway north near the intersection with Highway 45 shortly before 12:30 p.m.
One adult had to be extricated after being pinned inside a vehicle involved in the accident. All three were taken to the St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, where at least one of the victims had injuries that were described as serious and potentially life-threatening.
