AUSTIN, TX – Three adults were hospitalized Monday morning after a collision involving two or three vehicles along the highway in east-central Austin.
According to KXAN, the incident happened at 9:16 a.m. on the eastbound side of Highway 290 near Harris Branch Parkway, which is just north of Walter E. Long Metropolitan Park.
Police have not shared many details regarding the accident. They say that at least one vehicle overturned and that two people sustained serious injuries. One person sustained non-critical injuries. Medics transported all three patients to Dell Seton Medical Center.
