AUSTIN, TX – A major collision in north Austin resulted in the death of at least one person early this morning.
According to a report by KXAN, the crash took place at about 8:12 a.m. within the 5800 block of FM-2222, near the intersection with Loop 360.

Austin-Travis County EMS said at least one person was pinned inside their vehicle. Another victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. However, this situation is still developing.
