AUSTIN, TX – Emergency teams responded to a major injury crash Friday evening near the Apple offices in north Austin, reports KVUE
The accident happened shortly after 7 p.m. on West Parmer Lane just south of McNeil Drive and north of Rialta Vista Circle.
It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved in the accident, but police say several people were ejected in the crash.
Medics transported one adult to an area hospital with critical injuries and a second adult with non-critical injuries.
Three children were hospitalized with serious injuries; they are expected to survive the wreck.
Motorists likely encountered delays along West Parmer Lane in the area of the crash while police and multiple ambulances worked at the scene.
There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the accident, but a full investigation is underway.
