AUSTIN, TX – Minor injuries were reported after an on-duty Austin police officer in a patrol car collided with a white truck on Sunday night, according to KVUE.

The crash occurred on South Pleasant Valley Road near Creek Bend Drive at about 11L40 p.m. Austin EMS and firefighting crews responded to the scene.  The officer and the other driver did not have to be hospitalized, but both vehicles sustained damage.

No details were released on what led to the collision, which remains under investigation.
