AUSTIN, TX – A man suffered injuries after being struck by a driver while biking in south Austin last week reports Fox 7.

According to the victim, Nicolas Gardiner, the driver struck him intentionally. Another bicyclist recorded the incident by chance.

They were biking along Riverside Drive when a driver in a white two-door sedan hit Gardiner. The driver fled the scene.

Gardiner was hospitalized but is expected to be ok. Police are searching for the suspect who hit him.
