COLLEGE STATION, TX – Medics transported a female cyclist to the hospital last month after a vehicle struck her at a campus intersection, reports KBTX 3.

The incident happened around 5:15 p.m. at Penberthy Boulevard & Tom Chandler Drive, which is just north of the Penberthy Rec Sports Complex.

The investigation indicates that the car hit the student as she attempted to cross the intersection on her bike.

The student sustained non-critical injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
