AUSTIN, TX – A pedestrian died early Saturday morning after a vehicle struck them at a busy intersection in Southeast Austin, reports CBS Austin.
The incident happened at 3:34 a.m. at the intersection of East Stassney Lane and the northbound side of the service road for I-35, which is in the Comal Bluff area.
Police have not yet shared any details about the crash except to say that the pedestrian died at the scene. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity to the public.
