NEW BRAUNFELS, TX – A young girl sustained injuries earlier this month in New Braunfels when she hit a car with her bike, reports MYSA.
The accident happened around 6:55 a.m. on the east side of the city at FM 1101 and Kowald Lane.
Police say that a 10-year-old biked into the rear driver’s side door of a sedan that was stopped at a crosswalk in front of Freiheit Elementary.
Medics transported the girl to an area hospital with non-critical injuries.
Nobody in the car sustained injuries in the accident.
