AUSTIN, TX – Crews responded to an accident along the interstate in far south Austin on Tuesday afternoon, reports Total Traffic Austin.

The accident happened sometime before 2:10 p.m. on the southbound side of I-35 at FM 1327, or Puryear Road. This is northeast of Buda.
There’s no word yet on injuries, the cause of the accident, or the number of vehicles involved.
The wreck blocked the right lane of traffic on I-35 southbound while crews worked to clear the scene. Drivers should expect delays in the area.
