LEANDER, TX – A crash on the southbound side of the US-183A toll road blocked two lanes of traffic in Leander on Tuesday afternoon, reports Fox 7 Austin.

The incident happened sometime before 1:18 p.m. between the exits for Scottsdale Avenue and Crystal Falls Parkway, which is just east of Block House Creek.

Police have not yet commented on the cause of the crash. They say it involved a truck and a trailer.

Officials closed two of three southbound lanes of the toll road while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
