AUSTIN, TX – One person required extrication following a two-vehicle crash along the freeway in north Austin on Tuesday, reports ATCEMS.

The incident happened at 9:10 a.m. in the area of 7700 North Mopac Expressway in the express lane. This is just south of the intersection with TX-183.
Police haven’t yet commented on the cause of the accident, but they say that one of the two vehicles involved overturned. It’s unclear if the person extricated from the vehicle required hospitalization.
Drivers likely experienced delays along Mopac during the emergency response and clean-up efforts.
