AUSTIN, TX — A driver who crashed into a restaurant Thursday afternoon later hit two vehicles in Austin’s Garrison Park area, reports KVUE.
Authorities said the driver first backed a black Jeep into Conans Pizza near West Stassney Lane and Menchaca Road at around 9:37 a.m. and drove away.
The same Jeep was later seen colliding with two vehicles at the same intersection before leaving the scene shortly after 1:20 p.m.
It is unclear whether or not anyone was injured, but the crash at the restaurant resulted in a broken window and significant damage to one wall.
A co-owner of the restaurant said he had spotted the suspect vehicle two hours after the initial collision and followed the car out to the intersection, where the second crash occurred.
No further information has been released.
