CEDAR PARK, TX – An afternoon crash with one fatality delayed traffic on a major roadway in Cedar Park on Thursday, reports KXAN.

The incident happened around 2:09 p.m. on the eastbound side of West Whitestone Boulevard between Lakeline and Anderson Mill.

Officials diverted all vehicles from the eastbound side of Whitestone to the center lane while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.

It’s still unclear how the accident happened, but Cedar Park Police reported one fatality.
