AUSTIN, TX — Four people were seriously injured Sunday night in a multi-vehicle accident in southeast Austin, according to CBS Austin.
The crash happened on the stretch of FM 812 at U.S. Highway 183 near Pilot Knob and was first reported by TxDOT Austin at 10:10 p.m.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene where two vehicles crashed into each other, resulting in one person being trapped and possibly two others ejected from a vehicle.
Crews safely extricated the trapped person and a total of four people were rushed to nearby hospitals with critical injuries.
No other information has been reported on the circumstances behind the crash.
