TRAVIS COUNTY, TX — A motorcyclist was seriously injured Monday morning after a crash in Spicewood, according to CBS Austin.

Austin-Travis County EMS and Pedernales Fire crews both responded to the scene at approximately 10:13 a.m. on South Paleface Ranch Road, near the Red Brangus Road intersection.

The rider was declared a “trauma alert” and transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with likely serious injuries.

It is unclear what led up to the accident and whether any other vehicles were involved.
