AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist sustained critical injuries Sunday evening after crashing their bike along a busy roadway in southeast Austin, reports CBS Austin.

The incident happened around 7:11 p.m. in the Stone Creek Ranch area at 515 East Slaughter Lane, which is east of Southpark Meadows.

Police have not yet shared any details about the cause of the collision. They say that medics transported one adult on a trauma alert to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
