AUSTIN, TX – One person died on Thursday afternoon after a motorcycle collision along the freeway in North Austin, reports CBS Austin.
The incident happened around 3:25 p.m. in the area of 10400 North Mopac Expressway, which is just southeast of the Arboretum and southwest of JJ Pickle Research Campus.
Police have not yet commented on the cause of the crash, nor is it clear if any other vehicles were involved.
Officials have not yet released the name of the motorcyclist.
