AUSTIN, TX – Emergency crews were at the scene of a deadly multi-vehicle accident in South Austin early Saturday morning, KVUE reports.
The accident involved four cars and took place on West Ben White Boulevard in the vicinity of South First Street at about 2:30 a.m. A call to 911 reported that a person had been trapped in one of the cars.
Austin-Travis County EMS said one person was declared dead at the scene while two others were transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
One of those hospitalized sustained injuries that were described as critical and life-threatening The other person had serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
